As part of our recruitment services, 60% of roles are nearing completion. By actively managing each stage of the recruitment process, we ensure strong outcomes for our clients while maintaining momentum towards filling the remaining roles efficiently. We are tackling recruitment challenges head-on, ensuring our clients find the right people for their business.

This month, the team provided extensive administrative support, including onsite assistance with clients. This included supporting a new client with appraisals, creating induction packs, and ensuring processes were carried out smoothly and efficiently. In addition, the team worked closely with the recruitment function, providing support throughout the hiring process and assisting with contract amendments as required. These activities helped maintain seamless HR operations and ensured that both clients and internal teams received timely and effective support.

This month has been very productive across the team, with employee relations (ER) support provided to a number of organisations. The team assisted with redundancy appeals, settlement agreements, redundancies, disciplinary matters, and welfare support, ensuring smooth processes and clear guidance throughout. In addition, several training workshops were delivered, covering performance management, investigations, and disciplinary procedures, as well as sexual harassment awareness training. Ongoing ER support continued to be provided to various teams to address emerging issues promptly and effectively. The team also supported organisations with grievance outcomes, contract matters, administrative assistance, and investigations, helping to maintain compliance and good practice across all HR and ER activities.

This month, the marketing team continued to support clients with social media management. This included promoting upcoming events and highlighting significant visits to client sites, helping to increase visibility and engagement across platforms. The team also created fully optimised blog posts and infographics that shared information about client services in a clear and engaging way. Alongside this, strategic planning continued, ensuring social media content was aligned with wider business objectives and delivered consistent messaging.
