As part of our recruitment services, 20% of roles have already been successfully filled, with a further 70% nearing completion. By actively managing each stage of the recruitment process, we ensure strong outcomes for our clients while maintaining momentum towards filling the remaining roles efficiently. We are tackling recruitment challenges head-on, ensuring our clients find the right people for their business.

The admin team also had a highly productive month, supporting the wider business through a range of essential operational activity. This included coordinating onboarding for new starters, supporting recruitment processes, preparing and updating absence reports, managing the HR inbox for various clients, monitoring and supporting absence management, and handling offboarding processes. Their work continues to play a key role in keeping client support running smoothly and ensuring nothing is missed behind the scenes.

    This has been another very positive month across a number of our retainer clients, with a wide range of HR activity delivered. Support included conducting grievance and disciplinary meetings, concluding a redundancy process, undertaking exit interviews, reviewing grievance cases, and holding absence management meetings. We also supported with drafting job descriptions and issuing employment contracts, helping to ensure people processes remain compliant, structured and well managed. 

    Alongside this, a variety of Pay as You Go work was completed, including commencing employee handbook and contract updates, developing workplace policies, providing ongoing employee relations support, managing occupational health processes, producing action plans, and delivering training workshops for managers and teams.

    We continue to provide marketing support for a number of clients, covering everything from internal company newsletters to social media management and strategic planning for 2026. Our marketing team have also been on site capturing content with clients, helping to ensure their social channels speak directly to their ideal customers and reflect their brand in an authentic, engaging way.
