It has been another positive month in the world of recruitment at The HR Booth. Key highlights include:

• 21 Vacancies have gone live
• 7 vacancies have been filled
• CV’s are being reviewed for 9 roles

We have continued to deliver consistent admin support across the board for our clients. This month has included regular uploads to HR software systems, managing inductions from new starters, and handling daily and weekly reporting tasks. These activities play a vital role in keeping our clients organised, compliant, and informed.

It has been a particularly busy month for our HR team, working closely with our retainer clients and our pay-as-you-go clients across a wide range of people matters.

Throughout the month, we have provided support on key topics including disciplinary investigations, grievance procedures, fact-finding meetings, and redundancy procedures. Each case has highlighted the importance of fair, consistent and legally compliant practices. We’re proud to have been able to guide our clients through these challenges with practical and tailored advice.

In addition to this, we’ve delivered several management training workshops. These sessions continue to be well-received and form a vital part of our clients’ commitment to developing confident and knowledgeable employees. As we head into the second half of the year, it’s encouraging to see such a strong focus on personnel development.

Marketing support for clients has remained a key focus throughout the month of May. Activities include the management of social media channels, ensuring our clients maintain a strong online presence, supporting internal communications such as company newsletters; and video content creation, to showcase the great work going on behind the scenes of our clients.

Sharon celebrated 2 years at The HR Booth. Joining back in 2023, Sharon is a key member of our team, supporting our clients on a range of tasks including grievances, disciplinary hearings & policy reviews. 

Courtney celebrated 1 year at The HR Booth. Courtney joined our team in April of last year and has grown into a popular member of our team, both internally and externally, with our clients. 

Our team travelled to Dunoon to provide our Client with a full day of management training . The team enjoyed delivering the course and it was great to see how engaged our clients were. 

After just two months at The HR Booth, Katy has been promoted to HR Consultant. This is a brilliant achievement and a true testament to the positive impact she has made since joining us. Katy originally came on board as part of our admin support team, but it was clear from her previous experience that it would not be long before she moved into a Consultant role.

With the better weather now here (for the time being!), we’ve decided to launch our first active challenge of the year! As a team, we are aiming to walk or run 100 miles each throughout the month of April.
