Over the past month, we have continued to support clients across a wide range of complex employee relations matters. This has included regular account management meetings to provide ongoing HR guidance and practical support, as well as supporting employers through grievance procedures on-site, with clients commenting positively on how they felt supported throughout the process.
We also provided careful guidance to an employer during a sensitive settlement agreement process, helping ensure decisions remained fair, professional, and objective throughout.
Additional support included managing a grievance process that became more complex following concerns around reasonable adjustments and employee participation. Alongside this, we helped navigate different views among senior stakeholders regarding the best approach to resolving matters, ensuring clear communication and progress towards agreement throughout the process.
Updates to Employee Handbooks and policies and procedures continue, as we support a range of businesses with the Employment Rights Act 2025 changes.
