April 2026
April was a busy month across a range of activities, including ongoing recruitment support, onboarding, and day-to-day operations.
We assisted with interview coordination for multiple roles, issued contracts for new starters, and supported regular processes such as probation reviews, return-to-work meetings, and appraisals.
We also helped implement updates to probation processes, carried out right-to-work audits, and supported the onboarding of new teams. Additional work included issuing offer letters and agreements, supporting final-stage job interviews, and creating contract templates and job descriptions.
We also contributed to the rollout of new benefits and training systems, and ensured contract documentation was updated in line with recent employment legislation changes.

Throughout April, our HR team has supported clients with a range of employee relations and operational activities. This has included managing changes to contracts, ensuring updates are clearly communicated and compliant with current legislation.
We have also guided businesses through flexible working requests, preparing outcome letters and supporting fair, consistent decision-making.
The team has coordinated occupational health referrals, helping employers manage absence and employee wellbeing effectively.
We have supported redundancy consultations, advising on the process, preparing documentation, and assisting with discussions to ensure a fair and compliant approach.
Overall, the team has continued to provide practical, responsive HR support, helping organisations manage people matters confidently while reducing risk.
