Meet Rachel, Our HR Advisor

We’re delighted to welcome Rachel Brown to our team. Rachel joined us last month as HR Advisor and has spent her first weeks meeting with our other HR experts, getting to know our systems and processes, and even supporting some of our clients.

Rachel has been in HR for over 10 years, dealing with a huge variety of subjects. She has supported a wide range of businesses from manufacturing businesses to Marine services. Rachel will support our clients on a range of subjects including induction, managing employee relations cases on discipline, grievance and absence, as well as reviewing a number of policies and procedures.

Find out more about Rachel’s experience and first weeks at The HR Booth.

Experience in HR

”When I found the world of HR, I knew it was where I belonged. I have been in HR now over 10 years, dealing with a huge variety of subjects and can still say that no day is the same. I am very much a people person and thrive on building professional and trustworthy relationships, which I am looking forward to doing with our current and future clients here at The HR Booth.”

What I have worked on so far

”I have already been involved a variety of things from assisting Grievance meetings, to policy creation, general HR advice and site visits planned for the next few weeks. First weeks completed and I have already settled in nicely. The team here have been amazing.”

What am I looking forward to

”I am looking forward to meeting our clients, through planning introduction calls or face to face visits and assist them with any support or services they may need from us at The HR Booth. Excited to get involved in other areas of the role and continuing to getting to know my colleagues.”

Growing the team to support businesses even further

As businesses look to streamline processes and outsource either part or all of their HR services, we’ve got capacity in the team to support existing clients and new business for next year.

We’re looking forward to working with Rachel and supporting her own development. We’re also looking forward to hearing some of the good practices Rachel has seen in her previous roles that we can adopt too.

Welcome to the team Rachel, it’s great to have you onboard! You can find out more about our HR experts on our team page now.
