The HR Booth | Managing Absence Workshop

The HR Booth is holding a workshop on the topic of “Managing Absence” during Fife Business Week on Wednesday 13^th November 2013 in the Carnegie Hall, Dunfermline. The workshop will start at 9am and finish for 11am.

Absence is a real problem for many businesses in terms of cost and time lost, as well as many of the hidden costs associated with absenteeism problems within a business.

The objective of this workshop is to raise awareness of the effect absence has on your company and provide you with skills and information to effectively manage absence within your teams with the aim of improving attendance.

This workshop is aimed at small business owners or those with the responsibility of managing people within an organisation.
