New Appointments At The HR Booth | HR Support

Our team has experienced a lot of changes in the last couple of months. This started with an emotional goodbye to the wonderful John Allan who has recently retired from providing HR support. John has made a significant contribution over the years and we know our clients will miss him as much as we do.

Our New Appointments

As well as this, we welcomed our fantastic new HR support consultant, John Mullen. John has extensive HR experience, having worked in various HR roles. This includes the Royal Air Force, BAE Systems, Queensferry Crossing and other retail and professional services role. John’s role is to support and advise clients of The HR Booth on all aspects of HR. He has settled well into his new role.  With John’s extensive career in all things HR, and we are glad that he chose us to continue to put these skills in to practice.

We have also had the opportunity to introduce Calum to the team who has joined us as our new account manager. Calum has a wealth of experience within recruitment, business development and operational management. He are confident he will add real value to our business. He has previous business development and operational management experience and has worked within the recruitment industry. Calum’s remit is to develop new business opportunities and enhance the recruitment service that The HR Booth offer clients.

Recruitment & HR support

We are delighted to welcome John and Calum to the team. We are overjoyed that both of them have settled into the business extremely well. A number of our clients are experiencing growth. To ensure we continue to support their growth plans and manage their HR requirements, these appointments will ensure we are well placed to do so. We work with a range of SME clients across Scotland and many are making the decision to outsource HR. With the flexibility we have in our team, we are in a strong position to support, whether it’s project based or they have a requirement for more dedicated support.

We have been working on exciting projects that we can’t wait to share with you. The team continually work on our services and opportunities so we can provide the best possible service for our clients. We continue to look at ways to make the HR side of your business less time consuming so that all you have to focus on is growing your business. Introducing new members to the team allows us to have more skill sets to support you in any way you require. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.
