Meet Pauline, Our HR Consultant in West Lothian

We welcomed Pauline to the team in August and she’s already made a positive impact with our clients. As an HR Consultant in West Lothian, Pauline helps our clients with all things HR. This includes redundancy, managing performance, absence, discipline and grievance, and delivers various workshops for managers.

Here’s what Pauline thinks of her first 4 months at The HR Booth:

‘My first four months have gone by so quickly.  The team at The HR Booth and all of our clients have made me so welcome so it has been easy to get to know and work with everyone and it has been my pleasure to provide clients with a full range of HR support, no two days are the same and that’s just how I like it.

As you can imagine there is one topic that has been prevalent during the last 3 months with the focus on Covid-19 and furlough.  The speed of change and the need to be agile is like nothing I have ever seen before.  I think we can safely say we have all been on a steep learning curve.  Honestly, furlough wasn’t a word I had heard of before but I would love a pound for every time I have said or heard that word now!  It’s been a busy few months in a challenging year and it has been really rewarding for me to support our clients in these turbulent times

I know looking ahead feels a little uncertain but I am ready for the challenge and whatever 2021 will bring our way!’

It’s been a pleasure to work with Pauline the last four months and she fits in with the team perfectly. We look forward to continue the hard work throughout 2021 and continue our work as an HR Consultant in West Lothian.
