Meet The Team: Courtney

by | Blog

In our latest feature of Meet The Team, we caught up with our HR Assistant, Courtney, as she details a bit more about what life is like at The HR Booth for her. You can read her answers below.

P.S. if our social media pages ever turn into a Taylor Swift fan page, you know who is running them…

How long have you worked for The HR Booth?

I joined in April, so nearly 8 months.

What’s your job role and what does a typical day look like?

My role is a HR Assistant. A typical day (as everyone says) is varied. I provide administrative assistance to our clients, this can be anything from monitoring their mailbox, onboarding and offboarding employees, drafting contracts and amendments, anything they need really. I also help support the wider team with any admin support that they require.

What can you support clients with?

I can support clients with any admin needs that they have such as onboarding, offboarding, inductions, minute taking, letter writing, reviewing handbooks and helping to set up their HR systems.

What do you enjoy most about The HR Booth?

The culture/people. Who you work with makes a big difference to your day and we have a great team here. I also enjoy how varied the work is and that no two days are the same.

If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go and what would you want to experience there?

I would like to visit some more states in America like New York, Nashville, San Fransisco.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you bring with you?

I would take Spotify, a portable charger and my cat Mango.

If you could swap jobs with anyone in the office for a day, who would it be, and why?

I would say Rennie or Shannon as it would be interesting to see what a day in the life working in Marketing is like (although I don’t think I would be any good at Marketing!).

Meet the team of HR experts here.
