HR Admin Support – Double Promotion

We are continuing to see clients, existing and new, utilise us to provide outsourced HR admin services.  As this service continues to grow and develop, we have made some changes to how we structure and manage this team.

As such, we are delighted to confirm that Lynn Paul and Calum Anderson will manage the team members within our Admin Support team and we are delighted to confirm their promotion to Senior HR Consultant.

This move allows us to enhance the service offering and up-skill our team, ensuring they work collaboratively and can support across various clients.

This is an exciting move as we look to streamline and automate some of our internal processes, whilst ensuring we deliver the best service to our clients that require outsourced HR admin services.

Calum Anderson said, “Being welcomed back into The HR Booth team has been amazing and the things the team have accomplished have been incredible to watch whilst I’ve been away. We’re going from strength to strength, and I’m delighted that Lynn and I have been trusted to play our part of shaping our Support Services function towards our business strategy.”

Lynn Paul said, “I’m really excited to be on this journey of growth with The HR Booth, building and developing a support function within the business alongside Calum will only enhance the overall service provided to clients, as well as support internal development and efficiency.’

Alistair Booth, Director commented “We have seen a lot of demand for outsourced HR administration support, from our existing client base, as well as other businesses that are looking to outsource non-core activities and free up valuable resource.

To enable us to meet this demand, I’m delighted at the changes we have made internally to better support and develop our Admin Support Team.  The majority of the administration clients sit with the clients that Lynn and Calum manage from an HR perspective, and with their previous experience of managing HR admin teams, we feel this is a positive move to support the needs of the team and our clients.

I have been impressed with the leadership traits both have shown and their willingness to help make improvements to this service offering.  I am delighted that both of them have accepted the role of Senior HR Consultant and I am excited to see how they develop this team in the coming weeks and months.”
