Meet The Team: Claire

by | Blog

Welcome to our Meet The Team feature. This week, we spoke to Claire, one of our HR Consultants here at The HR Booth. Claire is a great team member, so why not have a read to find out more about her.

How long have you worked for The HR Booth?

I have worked at The HR Booth 3 years come March.

What’s your job role and what does a typical day look like?

I am one of the HR Consultants. Typical day is very varied, firstly review any emails and tasks for the day ahead and then prioritise responses for clients. Thats always the plan but in the land of HR it can change very quickly.

What can you support clients with?

I can support clients with a range of things, my main focus is normally employee relations and Immigration.

What do you enjoy most about The HR Booth?

Goodness, so many things. The team for a start, a great and supportive team to work with, we all support each other as much as possible. I also enjoy the variety of the job and the support that the management team provide.

If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go and what would you want to experience there?

I would love to go back to America and visits different cities that I have not done already and also Italy, I have always wanted to see how beautiful it is.

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you bring with you?

I would take books, music, and chocolate lol!!

If you could swap jobs with anyone in the office for a day, who would it be, and why?

I would swap with the marketing team, they do so much for us and it is an essential role. I think it would be really cool to produce the things that they do (but there is no way it would be to the same level lol!!).
